Networking comes to me naturally because I love meeting people. My friends and colleagues fondly refer to me as a matchmaker! As a licensed real estate agent in Iowa, I can render my matchmaking skills to be uniquely helpful on your behalf at a crucial juncture when you are selling or buying a home.
As the quintessential connector and ambassador, I possess exceptional skills in business development and transfer-spaces pertaining to property rights. My 15-year administrative career at the University of Iowa (as inventions manager and Corporate Partnerships Director) led me to founding CARTHA, a nonprofit that cultivates Collaborative Doers for Humanity. I continue to relish incubative conversations with early entrepreneurs and innovators. In my spare time, I write poetry, walk, and sing.
I serve as the New Membership Recruitment Committee Chair for one of the largest Rotary Clubs in Iowa (Iowa City Noon Rotary Club) and will be the Club's President in 2016. In 2013, I designed a CARTHA-Rotary partnership to launch a new community-based Rotaract of Iowa City Area to advance collaborative leadership experiences and intergenerational networks for college students and young business professionals. I currently serve as Chair of Iowa Rotary District 6000 Rotaract Committee.
My husband Ramji and I have lived in Iowa City since 1986. Our children, Vasu and Uma, now live in New York City and Pittsburgh. Indeed, becoming an empty-nester prompted me into the energizing realms of real estate. I am excited to be a part of the team at Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS—the sales leader in the Iowa City area real estate marketplace for the last 12 years!
I look forward to assisting you with your real estate selling and buying needs. Please do not hesitate to call me.
