My name is Toni Feldstein. I am a real estate agent, a relocation expert, and built a successful career helping international corporate clients and physicians relocate their lives to a new city.
I know what it feels like to move across oceans and state lines. I was born in Italy, raised in Monte-Carlo and moved to the United States in the 80’s and to the Midwest in the 1990’s.
I have successfully relocated over 100 physicians/executives and their families in the last 15 years by partnering with hospitals administrators and HR departments. I have helped them achieve their recruitment goals by providing excellent concierge level real estate services, at no cost to them.
I formed our Iowa City Area Ambassador Program to assist HR professionals & hospital administrators in recruiting top talent. Our streamlined process and expert relocation team alleviate the burden of a relocation from the administrator and reduces the recruit’s stress typically associated with moving.
Our Ambassador Program is an A La Carte Menu of services personalized to client’s needs and preferences. From initial tours of the city to their first month in their new home, we make sure that all the knowledge, support and resources they need are delivered and communicated effectively and timely.
