When selling, having a PSA on board gives you confidence that you are pricing the property in the most advantageous way to obtain the most lucrative sale within your desired timeframe.

The e-PRO certification is for real estate professionals who have mastered advanced digital marketing techniques. This skill set helps reach more customers while safeguarding client information.

Brandi has also earned the Commitment to Excellence, C2EX Endorsement from the National Association of Realtors showing she has made a commitment to evaluate, enhance, and showcase the highest level of professionalism.

Brandi’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with a minor in Psychology from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids. During her nursing career at UIHC in the Burn Treatment Center and Surgical ICU, she excelled in teaching patients and their families in a compassionate manner while managing the complexities of critical care and easing stress levels. This skill set transfers well to the world of real estate where people are often making the biggest purchase of their lives while experiencing major life changes.

As a mother of four very involved children, her negotiating and strategizing skills have been honed to their peak. While home with the children, Brandi led Hearts in Touch (ministry to moms), served on her Homeowner’s Association Board as Treasurer and Roads Committee Chairperson, and served as Solon Secondary Schools PTO president and treasurer. She has served in multiple volunteer roles giving back to her community including everything from roofing to uniforming the high school band. Currently she sits as a member of the Faith Academy Board of Education.

Brandi’s hobbies include managing the rental properties she owns with her husband Bob, knitting, gardening, downhill skiing, doing home improvement projects, and spending time with her children at all their activities. Two of their three daughters, Paige (12th grade), and Natalia (9th grade), are students in Solon Schools. Their older daughter, Piper, is a student at Wheaton College and their son, Nick, attends the University of Iowa.
