Kim is a hometown girl that took a job in the big city (a few places, in fact) and has returned to her first love - Iowa City! Kim has a Bachelor's degree in Business from Oklahoma State University and a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from The University of Iowa.

Throughout her professional career Kim has honed skills crucial to serving her clients:

- Analyzing markets
- Building a relationship as a trusted partner
- Being responsive to their needs
- Developing strategies to achieve their goals
- Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) from the Harvard Program on Negotiation

When Kim is not working for her clients she is volunteering with her Rotary Club or one of the local community arts organizations, spending time with her family, or attending a live concert. (she loves live music - ask her about Cayamo!)
