Ryan O'Leary grew up in Iowa City and graduated from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business where he concentrated on finance, marketing and entrepreneurship. O’Leary is a 3rd generation Real Estate Agent with 24 years of sales and service experience including 18 years of commercial, residential and investment Real Estate.

In the professional world, O'Leary sat on several committees for the local association of REALTORS®, chaired the Public Relations committee for two years, and was appointed to the Young REALTORS® Council for the Iowa Association of REALTORS®.

Mr. O'Leary was named one of the "40 under 40" by Corridor Business Journal newspapers for his many contributions to the community. In his spare time, Ryan is a coach for Iowa City Kickers Soccer Club, and an active member of the Iowa City Noon Optimist Club.
