Tommy joins the Rich Hatch Homes team at Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS after spending 20 years in campus recreation; four years at Florida State University and 16 years at the University of Iowa. Tommy earned a Master’s degree from FSU and a Bachelor’s degree from Iowa, and has spent the last 13 years in the Iowa City area. Throughout Tommy’s professional career, he has had a passion for having a positive impact on the lives of those with which he works. Whether it is countless students working to find their ways, or real estate clients going through major life events, Tommy is here to make processes as smooth as possible and be someone people can count on. In his spare time, Tommy enjoys spending time with his wife Kari and their two children, as well as playing golf, watching sports, and hanging out with friends. Tommy also currently works the shot clock for Iowa Men’s Basketball and runs the instant replay system for Iowa Women’s Basketball, Soccer, Field Hockey, and occasionally Wrestling.
